Nintedanib is a medication primarily used in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a progressive lung disease characterized by scarring of the lung tissue. It is also used to treat systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease (SSc-ILD).

Nintedanib belongs to a class of drugs known as tyrosine kinase inhibitors, which work by blocking the activity of certain growth factors involved in the development of fibrosis and scarring in the lungs.

Megestrol belongs to a class of drugs known as progestins, which work by mimicking the effects of the hormone progesterone in the body.

Lomustine, also known as CCNU, is a chemotherapy medication primarily used in the treatment of certain types of cancer, including brain tumors (such as gliomas and glioblastomas), Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and certain types of lung cancer.

Lomustine belongs to a class of drugs known as alkylating agents, which work by interfering with the DNA in cancer cells, ultimately leading to their death.
